Time on feet = distance ÷ pace. Calories = MET × weight (kg) × hours, with METs from the 2011 Compendium of Physical Activities (2.0 mph = 2.8, 3.0 mph = 3.5, 3.5 mph = 4.3, 4.0 mph = 5.0). Pounds convert at 1 lb = 0.45359237 kg. Totals are gross (resting burn included).
